Project Laman Bestari
- The 60-acre area located in front of UNISEL is abandoned and full of bushes giving a bad image to UNISEL
- The high cost of changing the face of this abandoned land requires a phased development to allow the minimum cost to be allocated.
- An open land area with a lake to accommodate the reservoir allows planned development to be carried out to give a new image to UNISEL
- Taman Bestari has three components which are Herb Park, Hibiscus Park, and Laman Palma@Elaeis.
- Create Lake A and Lake B to accommodate the overflow of water and to prevent stagnant water from damaging the entire park.
- Part of the park will be developed as an open space for activities such as drone games, kite flying and camping.
