PROGRAM: ECOFIT UNISEL: Mutual Aid and Green Creativity

The Pusat Sukan program is designed to promote health, cohesion and environmental awareness within the community through sports, active living and green awareness initiatives. In addition to promoting physical fitness, teamwork and social cohesion, the program also included sustainability messages that encouraged participants to adopt eco-friendly habits, reduce waste and maintain shared spaces. By linking sport and environmental responsibility, participants were encouraged to act responsibly and behave sustainably in the community. This initiative is in line with SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities and SDG 13: Climate Action and emphasizes the role of community-based activities in building healthier, greener and more resilient societies.
