PROGRAM: Beach Cleanup at Pantai Redang

LOCATION: Pantai Redang, Sekinchan, Selangor
The Beach Cleanup at Pantai Redang was organised by MPU2472 Green Awareness and Sustainability in Community students from Universiti Selangor. The programme aimed to reduce coastal pollution by collecting and segregating waste within a 2km shoreline area. A total of 10 bags of rubbish were successfully collected and sent to a recycling centre. This activity enhanced students’ awareness of environmental responsibility, promoted 3R practices, and strengthened soft skills while contributing positively to the local community and the surrounding environment.
