Y.A.B Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari, Dato’ Menteri Besar of Selangor today came to the University of Selangor (UNISEL) to complete the launch of the UNISEL Sanctuary Lake Run 2023.
The program that takes place as early as 7.00 in the morning begins with aerobic activities. The UNISEL Sanctuary Lake Run is a 5km leisurely run and is joined by over 200 participants who are on average local residents including UNISEL staff and students.
After the departure, the Menteri Besar of Selangor together with Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mohammad Redzuan Othman, President and Vice Chancellor and Haji Yahya Shaari, the organizer of the program visited the Bird Sanctuary Lake to see for themselves the beauty of the lake which houses various species of birds.
Prior to that, Y.A.B Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari had time to perform morning prayers in congregation in conjunction with the Gempur Subuh Program together with university students at the UNISEL Mosque.
